Learning continues beyond the business school. It is a known fact that many experience a knowledge inertia when they return to the workplace after a learning program, especially when the work environment isn’t changing with the speed of learning. We work with our clients to bridge this gap.
EXECUTIVE MODEL
We have designed our execution model within the R&A Business School to fit into the adult learning pattern. We refer to ourselves as learning facilitators and not tutors. We create a learning environment that actively engages the learning, application, and retention of the participants as well as their discretionary effort towards change.
